Lenham Heritage Society
Several years ago Lenham Archaeological Society was renamed Lenham Heritage Society. An active society concerned with all aspects of our Parish history, researching and investigating. Field walking and occasionally digging to discover the past and record it for future generations had to stop when the former chair and founder, Lesley Feakes retired. However, these days the society explores and uncovers written documents about the history of Lenham and documents their findings and stories on their website: www.heritagelenham.co.uk.
From September 2021, regular meetings will again take place in the Community Centre.
Secretary – Henny Shotter, Warren Street, tel: 01622 851355, or email: heritagelenham@gmail.com.
